Master's Degree
Ed.D. (Educational Leadership)
Ph.D. (Educational Science: Science Education)

Master's Degrees:
Masters degrees develop deep understanding and reflection in light of current theory and research. Majors in these disciplines include: Elementary Education, Counseling, Special Education, Educational Foundations, Science Education, and Educational Administration.

MBA/Ed.D. in Educational Leadership (MBA/Ed.D.):
The Educational Leadership Program is one of only three in the nation to integrate the Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.). The intent of the program is to help develop leaders for school districts, educational foundations and agencies impacting K-12 education.

Ph.D. in Educational Studies:
The Ph.D. in Educational Studies: Science Education, is distinctive and interdisciplinary in that it is designed with three foci: (a) the field of education (including science education & educational psychology), (b) educational research methodology, and (c) science content. This program is designed to increase understanding of current research about pedagogical content knowledge, the teaching and learning of science at all levels, national reform efforts, and science as inquiry.


Three-Two Option for TCU Students:

Exceptional TCU undergraduate students may be invited to pursue a Three-Two Option that allows them to begin a graduate program with initial teacher certification before completing the baccalaureate degree.
