Alice S. Neeley Institute
The Alice S. Neeley Special Education Institute works with the TCU laboratory schools, Starpoint and KinderFrogs, to create and coordinate activities, programs and research in special education. Current initiatives include:
- Provide optimal learning environments for TCU students to become effective and ethical leaders in special education.
- Engage students and faculty in research to identify and implement best practices in special education that meet the individual needs of preschool through school-age children with disabilities.
- Allow participation in community outreach to enhance the inclusion of children and youth with disabilities and their families in community-based activities.
